Airtel is a global telecommunications company based in India. Our objective for this Airtel redesign project was to enhance the user experience by conducting a comprehensive heuristic evaluation to pinpoint key usability issues. Through this detailed analysis, we identified critical areas for improvement, particularly within the app’s navigation and structure, leading us to rethink the information architecture to streamline user interactions. Our approach focused on minimizing user touchpoints and rectifying usability gaps, which were then addressed through a fresh, intuitive design framework.
